A way of practicing that honours both your strengths and your nervous system
Over time, I began to notice a pattern. Many thoughtful, capable therapists were struggling, not because they lacked skill, but because the way they were expected to practice didn't fit how their brains worked.
With over 30 years in practice, I've had to develop ways of working that genuinely fit how my own mind works, rather than forcing myself into models that didn't. This circle was created from that understanding. It's a space where your brain is not a problem to manage, but a strength to build from.
