You don’t have to navigate EMDR alone in your practice. Whether you’re newly trained or working with complex cases, my consultation groups offer a space to slow down, think clearly, and build real clinical confidence.

For ongoing support, skill-building, and case discussion

General EMDR Consultation Group

EMDR Certification Group

These groups are especially for therapists who are:
• early in their EMDR journey and want to feel grounded (not overwhelmed)
• working with complex trauma, dissociation, or attachment wounds
• committed to neurodiversity-affirming, flexible, client-centered EMDR

We move beyond rigid scripts into thoughtful, attuned, and responsive practice—so you can trust yourself in the room, even when things get complex.

Practical. Collaborative. Deeply attuned.

Bring your questions and challenges

General EMDR Consultation Group

Together, we'll think through case conceptualization, adapt EMDR with flexibility (including for neurodivergent clients), and strengthen your ability to respond in the moment without relying on rigid scripts. Expect thoughtful discussion, practical takeaways, and a collaborative atmosphere that meets you exactly where you are.

An ongoing, supportive space for a small group of EMDR therapists.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do consultation hours count towards EMDRA certification?

Do consultation hours count towards EMDRA certification?

Yes, You will receive documentation of your hours upon request. You are allowed 10 hours of group consultation towards your 20 EMDRIA certification hours.

How is group consultation different from individual consultation?

How is group consultation different from individual consultation?

It offers the added benefit of learning from a range of cases and colleagues , while still receiving direct, structured feedback on your work. Group format tends to accelerate your learning.

Do I need to be at a specific stage of the certification process to join?

Do I need to be at a specific stage of the certification process to join?

No. This group is opento any EMDR-trained therapist who is working toward or planning to pursue EMDRIA certification, regardless of where you are in the process.

Can I join both the General and Certification group?

Can I join both the General and Certification group?

No - these groups are designed to serve distinct purposes and are kept separate intentionally. The certification group operates at a higher level of rigour, with structured feedback and a focus on meeting EMDRIA”s competency standards. Mixing membership would dilute that focus and affect the cohesion that makes each group effective. If you’re working towards certification, the certification group is where you will get the most meaningful support.

Not sure where to start?

Whether you're looking for ongoing support or working toward certification, I'm happy to help you figure out which group is the right fit — or whether individual consultation might suit you better.
